聚苯胺合成条件温合,导电性好,在分析传感中应用广泛。卫伟教授课题组通过富G的DNA序列形成G-四链体,该四链体具有类过氧化物酶的催化活性,无需标记,便可诱导苯胺聚合。此外,引入DNA正四面体纳米结构,不仅可以调节探针在电极上的固定密度,提高目标物的活性以及与探针的可接触性,而且,该四面体具有丰富的双链DNA,其表面带负电荷,易吸附带正电的苯胺,而成为苯胺聚合的优良模板。 基于上述优点,卫伟教授课题组构建了DNA甲基化酶活性、癌症患者尿液中的端粒酶及DNA氧化损伤标志性产物8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)的检测新方法。
