Dr. Sun has been engaged in research on statistical methods in epidemiological studies and risk assessment of food safety. Her current research interests include: modeling of dietary exposure to chemicals, PBPK model for Cd exposure, Benchmark Dose model and estimation of health limit value. She has taken an active part in the revision on the National Food Safety Standard- Maximum Limit for Mycotoxins in Food (GB 2761) and the National Food Safety Standard- Maximum Limit for Contaminants in Food (GB 2762). She has published more than 10 papers on dietary exposure evaluation. Recent Research Projects: 1.
