Research Interest

Dr. Sun has been engaged in research on statistical methods in epidemiological studies and risk assessment of food safety. Her current research interests include: modeling of dietary exposure to chemicals, PBPK model for Cd exposure, Benchmark Dose model and estimation of health limit value. She has taken an active part in the revision on the National Food Safety Standard- Maximum Limit for Mycotoxins in Food (GB 2761) and the National Food Safety Standard- Maximum Limit for Contaminants in Food (GB 2762). She has published more than 10 papers on dietary exposure evaluation.

Biographical Information

Dr. Sun, Chinese Citizen, was born in Shandon in 1982. She got his B.S. in Medicine from Southeast Universityin 2006, and PhD in Occupational and Environmental Health from Southeast University in 2012. She also worked as post doc in China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment in 2015. Dr. Sun has years of experience on Medical Statistics and statistical software, and won the Dalian Donggang Faculty Fellowship in 2015. From 2016, Dr. Sun began to teach in English for foreign students on integrated data dealing skills.
