Dr. Sun’s primary research area is the environmental and occupational hazards. She is interested in the molecular mechanisms underlying benzene-induced bone marrow inhibition, especially on hematopoietic stem cells, with the aim of finding early prevention and diagnosis biomarkers. Currently, Dr. Sun is the PI of one grant on mechanism of toxicity of benzene from National Science Foundation of China. Recent Research Project: | ||||
Biographical Information | ||||
Dr. Rongli Sun is a Lecturer in the School of Public Health, Southeast University. She received her Ph.D. degree in Occupational and Environmental health from Southeast University, China. She has been awarded a scholarship by the China Scholarship Council to pursue her study in Department of Pathology and Lab Medicine, University of Rochester as a joint-PhD between 2014 and 2015. | ||||
