Ligang Yang

Dr. Yang has been engaged in the research and development of nutrition and health, lipid metabolism, food efficacy and phytochemicals. His current research interests include: the relationship between different oils and human health; the effects of fatty acid composition on lipid metabolism; the nutritional function of different phytochemicals. He has published more than 15 papers, and three book Chapters.

Dr. Yang, Chinese Citizen, was born in Shandong. He got his PhD in nutrition from Southeast University.
