Research Interest

Dr. Yang has been engaged in the research and development of nutrition and health, lipid metabolism, food efficacy and phytochemicals. His current research interests include: the relationship between different oils and human health; the effects of fatty acid composition on lipid metabolism; the nutritional function of different phytochemicals. He has published more than 15 papers, and three book Chapters.
