Qian Cao was born in Lin Yi City, Shandong Province, China in 1973. He got his M.S. in economics in 1999 from Nanjing Agricultural University and Ph.D. in management science in 2005 from Southeast University. He has joined the School of Public Health, Southeast University since 1999. | ||||
