Dr. Wang, as an associate professor, has been engaged in the research and teaching of Nutrition and Food Health for 15 years. His main research directions are food toxicology and food efficacy, nutrition and cancer. His current research interests include: Combined effects of aflatoxin, fumonisin and nitrosamines in the pathogenesis of esophageal precancerous lesions and the intervention of vitamin C ; Creation and industrialization of chronic disease nutrition health food based on nutritional metabolism genomics. He participated in the editorial discussion of six, published 128 academic and scientific research papers (including 31 SCI papers), and published 20 papers as the first author. Biographical Information | ||||
Dr. Wang was born in 1963. He got his B.S. from Southeast University in 2000, Master degree from Southeast University in 2003, and PhD fromSoutheast University in 2013. Now he is an associate professor and master supervisor in the Department of Nutrition and Food Hygiene, School of Public Health, Southeast University. He has led many national, provincial and ministerial projects. Participated projects have won many awards. On June 30, 2018, he was awarded the honorary title of Jiangsu Excellent Nutrition Science and Technology Worker by Jiangsu Nutrition Association. He is currently a council member of the Chinese Nutrition Society, a council member of the Basic Nutrition Branch of the Chinese Nutrition Society, a standing council member of the Jiangsu Nutrition Society, and a council member of the Nutritional Food Branch of the Chinese Academy of Gerontology and Geriatrics. | ||||
